Develop simple iOS Push Notification App with OneSignal SDK

I'm seeking for a experienced iOS Swift developer who can create a very simple app that basically has the following features:
- Receives a push notification via OneSignal SDK
- Has attachment (image) within the notification payload which gets displayed in the notification
- Has notification category which adds action buttons based on category
- Some action buttons in the notification send GET request while app is in *background**
- Other action buttons in the notification launch full-screen webview with navigation controls within the app that saves cookie data (logins)
