Section 1: Minimal Viable Product (MVP)
The MVP version of Project RoadTech will focus on the core features necessary to launch the app and start connecting RV owners with technicians. The goal is to deliver a basic yet functional version of the app to enter the market quickly and gather user feedback for future improvements.
MVP Features:
1. User Registration & Verification:
o RV Owners and Technicians must register and verify their identities using a credit card. This will involve a small refundable verification fee.
o Technicians must also provide bank account details for direct payment deposits.
2. Service Request Creation (RV Owners):
o RV owners can submit repair and maintenance requests, including job details and location.
3. Bid System (Technicians):
o Technicians within a specified service area receive notifications of new requests and can submit bids for the jobs.
4. Job Assignment & Work Order IDs:
o Upon accepting a bid, a unique work order ID is generated. This ID will help track the job but will only be displayed in a simplified format to both the technician and RV owner.
5. Photo Submission (Optional for MVP):
o Technicians are prompted to upload before and after photos of the job as proof of completion. While this is encouraged, it is not mandatory for the MVP.
6. Payment System:
o Upon job completion, the RV owner’s credit card is charged for the bid amount plus a 5% service fee.
o The technician receives the full bid amount, and the service fee is deposited into the app owner’s account.
7. Cross-Platform Functionality:
o The app will function on both Android and iOS, ensuring that service requests and bids are visible to users on both platforms.

1. Enhanced User Profiles:
o Technicians will have detailed profiles including certifications, qualifications, and experience.
o RV Owners will have profiles visible only to the technicians with whom they interact.
2. Advanced Review System:
o RV owners can rate and review technicians.
o Technicians can leave “silent” reviews and internal notes about RV owners, visible only to admins and other technicians.
o Reviews will be visible to RV owners after admin approval.
3. Admin Dashboard & Analytics:
o A comprehensive admin panel to track job assignments, technician and RV owner IDs, and job analytics.
4. Detailed Work Order Tracking:
o Unique work order IDs will contain detailed identifiers for tracking, including how many jobs a technician has completed for a specific RV owner.
5. Additional Notification & Reminders:
o Enhanced notifications and reminders for technicians to upload photos and complete jobs efficiently.
6. Full Payment and Fee Management:
o Comprehensive handling of payments and service fees with advanced reporting and reconciliation.
7. Enhanced Cross-Platform Compatibility:
