Designing an iPad shortcut to stop Apple Pencil Scribble

I'm looking for somebody to design a shortcut for iPads that will stop Apple Pencil Scribble. Ideally, I need the shortcut to be able to do that both completely and temporarily. I would like the shortcut to be in the form of a gesture or a button, and I need it to be compatible with all of Apple Pencil models. This is a very important project for me so I'm looking for someone who can make shortcut via Apple Shortcut App
