On Demand App (Flutter App + Backend)

I have an existing business that is looking to have a mobile app created using Flutter and a corresponding backend. A new design will need to be created that meets the requirements of our business. We have additional functional requirements that should be incorporated into this project as well. The app must also follow all of the guidelines established by the App Store and/or Google Play. We're on the lookout for a talented freelancer who can make this project a reality. The right candidate must have experience working with Flutter, as well as the ability to create an accompanying backend in a timely manner.
