Delivery Ticket App

I am looking to possibly have an app created for the company I work with. This would be an iOS app that would have a form that drivers fill out with certain info when they pick up product from our facilities. The catch is, we need the forms to be able to be submitted which would send people in the company an automatic email with the info the drivers filled out. But also, the driver has to be able to print a copy of that form so that they have paperwork with them while they haul product. We are looking to have a button that would be able to submit and print this form with one touch. Not sure if there is even coding to be able to do such a thing? **I AM UNSURE OF WHAT TYPE OF BUDGET THIS WOULD BE** open to quotes.
