DEDICATED Full Stack EXPERIENCED Mobile App Developer

We are trying to hire a DEDICATED long-term full stack mobile app developer for a long-term project. COMMUNICATION and HONESTY are the top 2 key requirements followed by the right skillset!
We are looking for someone to be an integral dedicated member of the team. Please provide samples of your app development work – even better if your demo/samples have payment and Stripe integrations. If you submit an automated bid, you will not get selected!
Requirements:
• We are looking for someone who is skilled at mobile app development, Stripe integration, full stack developer, flutter framework.
• Minimum 5 years app development experience with ordering capabilities – MUST PROVIDE SAMPLES of previous projects you’ve completed.
• Daily stand-ups (Must be able to meet during USA Office Hours)
• Backup App
• COMMUNICATION
a) If you have questions or do not know what the requirements are, please ask for clarity.
b) Communicate Status updates daily!
c) Communicate if there are changes to the schedule.
d) Communicate if you run into any issues.
e) Communicate if holidays are approaching.
f) Communicate if someone is sick.
g) Communicate and make recommendations that meet industry standards or if you feel something would work better a different way - don’t just make the change.
h) Communicate if you are unable to deliver

Plus: PhP – website updates and analytics
Pay: The person will work dedicatedly on our project and will be compensated fairly according to their local market - a fixed monthly rate.
