Custom POI Navigation App

I'm looking to develop an Apple iso navigation app focused on local points of interest (POIs). Unlike traditional apps, this will feature custom POIs tailored to specific user needs.

Key Requirements:
- Apple Maps integration
- Display of custom POIs
- CSV import

My work gives me a csv file with jobs that I normally have to convert to use a Garmin Navman which I want to stop using.

So I want a simple google maps style app that uses custom points of interest loaded from .csv files in iPhone

Have a location in the files app on iPhone that I can put the .cvs file in and the navigation reads from the 4 columns -
1st column is longitude -
2nd column is latitude -
3rd column is POI name - example, “EO56423” this is what I’d search for and navigation would find best route.
4th column is Comments - example “access poi from Steve’s property”

The csv file uses the same name bmp file as the poi icon in navigation

Example places.csv uses the places.bmp as the icon in the navigation view

Requirements -
iPhone app
Uses Australia maps
can work offline
Works in CarPlay
Shows custom poi’s using there bmp icons
Has option to show poi names above icon or just icon

I won’t be disbursing the app, will be sideloaded or installed via jailbreak
