Custom AR Mobile App for E-commerce

I'm looking for an AR mobile app developer to create an iOS and Android compatible app for an e-commerce site selling lampshades and lighting based in NYC. The app will allow customers to scan or create a photo of their lamp and see different lampshade shapes on their scan.
Key Features:
- Scan and render lampshades on the customer's lamp
- Direct download of the final visuals
AR Requirements:
- The AR feature does not need to be extremely precise, but a medium level of accuracy with acceptable scaling is necessary.
Ideal Skills:
- Strong experience in AR development
- Proficiency in iOS and Android app development
- Previous work in e-commerce related mobile apps is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, preferably an American or Canadian native speaker
