Cross platform app for drawing on map and intersections

I am looking for a talented developer to create a cross-platform application for both iOS and Android devices. The app will be used by driving instructors to draw on different types of intersections and find the right intersection on google maps as well. I have a detailed list of features in mind, so experience in this type of project is preferred. I would also like the app to have a minimalistic design style, and be suited for both tablets and phones. I have the app developed in xCode, and also a version in Flutter but I´m not happy with that one. If you think you are capable of carrying out this project, I would love to hear from you.
