I'm looking for a talented developer to create a comprehensive B2C recharge app. The app should be compatible with both iOS and Android, and incorporate the following core features:
- Mobile Recharge: The app must allow users to easily recharge their mobile phones.
- Bill Payment Services: Users should be able to pay their bills through the app.
- Transaction History: The app should keep a record of all transactions for user reference.
Additionally, I want the app to include:
- Promotional Offers & Discounts: The app should have the capacity to deliver promotional offers and discounts to users.
- User Referral System: A built-in referral system to encourage user growth would be ideal.
- Customer Support Chat: The app should include a chat feature for customer support.
The ideal candidate for this project should have extensive experience in cross-platform app development, and a strong understanding of e-commerce app features.
