I’m looking for a mobile app developer (freelancer or part-time collaborator) who is based in Romania. I have a clear and exciting idea for a cross-platform mobile application. The app involves some voice/audio processing features, and while I can’t share details publicly, I’m happy to explain everything in a private conversation or meeting.
Ideal candidate:
• Based in Romania (preferably in/near a major city – Cluj, București, Iași, etc.)
• Comfortable with a face-to-face meeting to discuss the project
• Experience with Flutter or other cross-platform tools
• Familiarity with AI/ML or audio recognition is a big plus, but not mandatory
• Open-minded, communicative, and passionate about building something innovative from scratch
Project type:
This is an early-stage concept with high potential. The initial goal is to create an MVP (Minimum Viable Product). Payment can be negotiated based on involvement (fixed rate, per milestone, or partnership).
