Cross-Platform Educational F1 Mobile App Development

I'm looking for a skilled app developer to create an F1 educational mobile app for both Android and iOS platforms. I am one of the biggest brand in my sector in italy and i'm in contact also with other brands looking for similar candidates: if the result will be satisfying there's the possibility to extend jobs and also to be hired. The app should be designed with individual user accounts in mind.
