Create simple Xcode app with NFC read + JSON

Hi, I need to create this really simple Xcode NFC app. All that does it is:

1. Show the iPhone user name & click the start button

2. Scan NFC tag - read content (serial number)

3. Print scanned string & on background send JSON to given IP address such as:
{"name":"John Smith", "esr_sn":"e660b440076c7326", "action":"start_shuffle"}

4. When hit the finish button, scan the NFC again & if it's the same serial number, send JSON such as:
{"name":"John Smith", "esr_sn":"e660b440076c7326", "action":"finish_shuffle"}

5. Show success message & start again button
