Create a iOS/Andriod APP for food delivery and groceries from figma design

We have a food and groceries delivery app and we already created the UI and UX design with figma.
The app is a food and groceries delivery that also includes pharmacies and stores,
so it's the same idea of one page with different items to add to the cart.

we are looking for a talented team/freelancer that can create the design from Figma to an actual App, we already have the customer app source code, and we want to see if we can change the design completely to the figma design we have,
so we need someone to integrate the Figma design into a hybrid app for iOS and Andriod,
