Create build on xcloud 13.1 for a ready flutter app

Hello, I have a mobile application built on flutter created on fluxstore ready to be published.
I already published on Playstore and want to publish for iOS using xcode 13.1
I tried to publish on iOS using the cloud builder but the app is crashing because the builder uses a different version of Xcode.
I have my developer account ready and will add the developer to apple developer account.
I will send the source code to you via wetransfer and need the developer to use his computer to upload using Xcode for testflight.
A very straightforward and simple task that needs to be done today and fix the app if any problem occurs.
