Create an app / mobile game

I am looking for a developer to create a simple application / game that is a wrestling simulator in which you take on the role of a promoter who must buy contracts of wrestlers while renting out arena's and selling tickets for your shows. The goal is to move from a small local promotion to a worldwide organization by gaining funds over time.
