Create Android and IOS Apps - Source Code Provided

I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer to create job board apps for both Android and IOS platforms. The source code will be provided. Also fix minor website issues for app to perform better.
Main function: The app will be used for a job board platform.
Customizations: I would like some minor customizations to be made to the app.
