Copy 2 pages from 1 iOS App to another iOS App and make some minor changes (ASAP)

Hi there. I have 2 pages/screens in an iOS App (Swift) that I need copied into another iOS App (also Swift). None of the features are API based - it's all hardcoded/local based code/features, which should make it very easy for a decent Developer/Coder. (Need ASAP)
1 page is a page where the User can enter email and password and it saves in the App's local memory (page: Manage Info).
The other page is a PIN Code screen that we use to unhide or get access to Admin pages.
I want the 2 pages copied to another app. Then I need a couple of changes made to that app.
#1 change - I want to add a lock icon at the top right of the home screen. When you click it, it will open the Manage Info page (which you would have copied over).
Then once the user saves their 4-digit PIN Code to local memory, from that point on the lock icon will open the PIN Code screen - and they'll have to enter the correct 4-digit PIN to see the Manage Info page.
