Convert simlple RPG Dungeon Crawl Board Game into Mobile App

I'm seeking a developer to turn my RPG dungeon crawl board game into a mobile app for both Android and iOS. The app should feature engaging 2D graphics, with emphasis on:
- Multiplayer functionality: The app should allow players from around the globe to join and enjoy the game together.
- Character customization: Users should be able to personalize their characters, adding a layer of engagement and fun.
- In-app purchases: The app should have provisions for monetizing through in-app purchases.
The board game already exists and we have the design document for it.
Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience in mobile app development, particularly with creating multiplayer functionalities.
