Convert Flutter app (APK) to Apple Store (IOS) and upload it to appstore

Hello, i have an application in flutter and i make it ready in apk, i need someone to :
1 adjust it to make it ready to upload to appstore from scratch
2 upload it to appstore and get final approval from apple (even if needs some changes in design or functions)
3 make it ready in appstore and send me back the source code and all related certificates
4 the app is ready and uploaded to google play , but it needs some fixes in codes like pods and etc. to be ready for appsotre
