Convert Figma design to Flutter

I have a Figma design of a Mobile App that needs to be converted to Flutter.

No backend code required, only convert the design to working prototype with dummy data.

Targeting at the minimum:

- iPhone 6 and newer
- All Google pixel
- Samsung Galaxy S6 and newer

It is a dating app, screens:

1. User own profile
2. Another user profile
3. Chats list
- empty list variation
- list of people to chat with
- There are actually 2 screens that are chat lists but they are very similar.
4. Chat page
- scrolling physics are important, make it stick to the the bottom as new messages arrive. When the screen is not currently at the bottom, it should stay in current position even if new messages arrive.
- important difference form regular chat screen, sometimes instead of text input there will be a form with buttons displayed, or chat may be disabled.
- text only chat

- currently I have 10 screens here, multistep form but what I need are actually reusable form elements in matching style
- one step is a map to select a location
