Configuration of Apple and Google Store to downlad and launch an an App to it

I have a simple non profit App which is built and put in repo stagging state at the moment.
This will be my First App installed on Apple and Google Store.

I am looking for someone who can configure both Apple and Google stores for this App and put the code into them.
