Comprehensive E-learning Mobile App Development

I'm searching for a skilled app developer to bring my e-learning concept into reality for Android and iOS platforms. My vision includes:
- A robust feature set, consisting of video lessons, quizzes and assessments, progress tracking, live sessions, the option to download videos for offline viewing, and the ability to support pdf and text lessons. A visually appealing design is a must.
- Multiple access methods for the users including user registration/login, guest access, social media login, and registration with a phone number.
- Use of my existing content for the application.
