I am seeking a skilled developer to help launch a cost-effective MVP of an AI-powered mobile platform for civic engagement. The goal is to make civic awareness fun, fast, and family-friendly. The MVP is expected to be completed within 8 weeks.

1. civNEWS (just like Inshorts India) - short form news AI Summarization: This feature should primarily focus on driving user engagement with the news. With 2d/3d video animation in background News like video and fun.
2. civWIN -( example HQ TRIVIA US) 60sec Quiz Game with Real Prizes daily and : This is the top priority for the MVP.
3. civFLIPS - TikTok-style / Tinder style Two-Sided Debates: The app will feature debates on global topics. The debates need to be presented in a dynamic, interactive style ( like / dislike / agree / not-agree / neutral / vote / comments
4. civFIX - ( already open source code base is available ) Report Local Civic Issues: This feature should allow users to report local issues, take a photo and upload.
