Changes to Android app + IOS app needed

I have an app that was created in React Native. It's working but the funcionality isnt what i wanted so it needs alterations to my original specs. I have the app but dont have the source code as the app developer disapeared before he could send the source code. I can supply details as to what changes i require. I will then also require an IOS app that is the same.
