I have flutter screens ready, just i need to fix and change small screens and add some. i need someone to handle backend to develop the full app. My idea is:
Our concept/idea is a mobile app for daily or hourly jobs, that dosent required complex expertise, like (Cashier, waiter , security , etc)
How it works:
1. For Employers:
Businesses who need short-term help (due to seasonal demand, peak hours, or temporary needs) can post job listings Easley using the app’s forms
They add details like:
• Job type (e.g., cashier, stock organizer, waiter, accountant)
- Location
- Duration/shift
- Hourly/daily pay
- requirements like health licensee for restaurant for example, or specific needs
- information, uniform, etc
These are simple jobs that don’t require advanced education — just basic skills.
2. For Job Seekers:
Anyone looking for quick work can register on the app and create a profile.
In their profile, they choose the job types they’re interested in (e.g., cashier, merchandiser).
Then, using a map interface, they can see nearby jobs that match their selected skills.
They can apply directly from the app.
3. Employer Side:
The employer sees a list of applicants and can choose someone to hire immediately.
Once accepted, the worker can start the job right away.
