Build flutter project into IAP file to install on iphones

I am looking for a developer who can build my fully developed flutter project into an IAP file that can be installed on iPhones.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Flutter development
- Experience with building projects into IAP files for iOS
- Familiarity with the Apple Developer account and its requirements
The current status of the project is that it is fully developed and only needs to be built into an IAP file. However, I do not have any credentials for the Apple Developer account at the moment.
If you have the necessary credentials and experience, you can use your own account to complete the project.
