Build me a android and ios app

I need a app where i can get my all courier boys income should be on a same platform, means if they deliver product behalf of me ,their income would be transparent and should be devided into their salary and my commission.
eg. If i rented my 10 bikes for delivery then the deliveries that should be in my control,just like swiggy and zomato .
