Build me an IOS tweak

I would like a IOS tweak built for a jailbroken iPhone running on uncover version 14.7-14.8. This can either be in Objective C or Swift. The tweak needs to be able to identify open Wi-Fi networks in the area and authenticate the device. So what this means is like say I got to Starbucks to use the free public Wi-Fi, well when I get there and connect it directs me to a browser where I have to hit accept to connect to the Wi-Fi. This tweak will run in the background and will automatically authenticate my device so instead of me being redirected to a web browser instead I am connected automatically and can start watching all those cat videos haha.
