Build an IOS shortcut to sent recent pictures with a mail subject picked from the most recent calendar item

I am visiting up to 8 sites a day where I take some pictures.
These pictures are sent op a reporting system by mail.
The e-mail adres is fixed but the subject should be”BF” followed bij the first 4 karakters from the appointment in the calendar related to the pictures.
The trigger for the automation can be the moment my iPhone connects to my car by Bluetooth .
The pictures should be selected by location and/or as recent as 90 minutes before the shortcut is run
