Bloggning and re-bloggning site with app

Project regarding a blogging service where you as a member can create blog with posting photos, gifs and reels. Member can both upload and use own photos or reblog other members posts in his own blog. Other functions: like/save posts to “favourites”, creating groups and communities around certain interests and topics. Select your own topics and/or blogs to follow to tailor your own flow. Basic Membership will be free. Commercial adds in flow, but can be removed with a premium membership. Premium member should also be able to create secret/hidden groups.
This service should have its own server(s) and app for phone/ipad users.
We need specialists in (1) creating main structure and software. (2) setting up our own servers and (3) app for iPad/iPhone and android.
