Develop an IOS and Android App with the following features:
1. Multiple translations: offer a variety of translations to choose from, often including popular versions like the New International Version (NIV), King James Version (KJV), and the English Standard Version (ESV).
2. Multiple Languages for the actual app and the actual Bible text (would only start out with a few main ones: English, Spanish, Portuguese, etc)
