Beer finder

Finding the best places to go for a beer/ alcoholic beverage is hard in new places and you don't know where to go. I would like an app created where a live location is tracked and the app user can click on a bar/pub and be given the directions. This is just google maps at the moment. However at the top of the app there will be a search bar where the user can search what they are looking for: for example 'the cheapest pint' or 'handcrafted ale' or 'wildest cocktail' and so on and so forth. The app will be free and it will make money of advertisements from participating branches. I would also like there to be a QR code where once the app has been used to find a drink, the bar scans it and a point counter will give the user ( for example) 10 points for the purchase and after 1000 points have been accumulated a free drink or bar snack ect can be won.
