Beat Me Beat Me

I want to develop a drum beat app. I have some ideas, but need some expertise in how to put it together. I have not seen an app that will do what I seek and I think there will be a good market for this. Needs to run on phone and iPad type devices. This will need to be agreed to as me being the sole owner. Work in confidentiality is a must. Non Disclosure Agreement of discussions and content etc. A person with some musical knowledge would be an advantage, or at least familiarity with some "beat" applications.
