Augmented reality product simulation system

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS FOR A PROTOTYPE ONLY TO GET FUNDING RELEASED, THE SECOND PHASE WILL BE THE FULL DEVELOPMENT. I AM LOOKING FOR SAME PERSON OR COMPANY TO DO BOTH, HOWEVER I AM LIMITED ON THE SPEND FOR THE PROTOTYPE, PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND WITH A LOW BID IN ORDER TO INCREASE THE PRICE DURING THE PROTOTYPE, THE PROTOTYPE MUST SHOW ELEMENTS OF THE REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER TO RELEASE FUNDING FOR THE SECOND PHASE.

I am in need of a skilled developer to create an augmented reality product simulation system. The system should be developed for iOS, Android and universal windows platform. The simulation system will be used to simulate real-life environments interacting with our product. Therefore, it should have an advanced level of interactivity with realistic environment interaction and advanced product customization.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in augmented reality development
- Experience with developing for multiple platforms
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling and rendering
- Knowledge of user experience design and interaction design
