Audio Discussions & Live Streaming Enhancement

Hello,
I am looking to add Audio Discussions and Live streaming to a social networking ios app before we launch it next year.
We already had someone configure Agora and our “Go Live” about 8mths ago and it is working, but we would like it updated a bit on the back end and also add Audio Discussions to our app using Agora as well.
Would be great to find someone who can do the BOTH front end and back end, but if not we have a front end developer that can do the front end design. As this is a social networking app we need someone who can code it to properly be able to properly scale up. We are also using Azure servers.
When applying please let me know if you can do both front end AND back end or just back end and let me know the rough estimated budget and time needed to;
1. Add Audio Discussions to the ios app (UX designs are completed and ready to go approx. 12 pages).
2. Update Go Live on front end to new design and check back end for any updates that may be needed. Go Live is currently working fine, we just would like to update it with the ability to schedule Go Lives (UX designs are ready to go approx. 7 pages).
