Apps deplyment on Apple Store

I have an Apps, that is a subscription based question answer platfrom. The Apps is already published on Google Store.
Need to uplod and publish it on Apple store.

The Apps is developed with React Natvie, and the payment gateway is PesaPal, an African payment Gateway.

We have tried to publish it on Apple store but getting issues with their policy related to Apple payment.
