Apple Watch Note Dictation App

I would like an Apple Watch and associate iOS app that allows the following use case:
- a user activates the app on the Apple Watch
- the user presses record and speaks into the app
- the user presses stop
- at this point the recording is sent to an endpoint in the cloud I will provide

This will require an app on iPhone so that the recording can go from the Watch to the iPhone app to the cloud with no additional actions from the user other than the initial recording on the app.

I would also like to be able to record on the iOS app directly with the same behavior, but I am only asking for the first functionality for now (Watch recording -> cloud endpoint).

I will provide the cloud endpoint.

If you can use Expo or something similar for the iOS app that would be better for me, but I am open to all ideas.
