Apple IOS Developer Support

I have an iOS app developed. I want an expert to provide recommendations on the app, and guidance on any compliance requirements and putting it on the App Store. It shouldn't be more than a couple hours of work, and I am looking for someone to hire on an hourly basis. Perhaps a longer contract will be extended if the developer demonstrates competency in programming. The app was developer with Swift Playground.
