Apple & Google Wallet development for loyalty card generator

I want to develop loyalty reward card (apple & google wallet) UI & Backend :
The cards should be connected to our firebase database.
The database is composed with two collections : Restaurants & Users
Users can be linked to restaurants, and restaurants can be linked to users.
When an user is linked to restaurant, it have a balance of cashback for each restaurant.
The card will contain :
- the list of all linked restaurants with the associate balance
- the UID with QR code
- the name of the user
The card should be update every time that a balance amount change, or that it has a new linked restaurant
The card will be download by the users after registration on our website, with a quick form
