Apple &/or Android Device Parental Controls Setup

I need a Sydney based expert to help set up all aspects of parental controls on:
1/my Apple device (iPhone or iPad) in-person and
2/my android phone and tablet.
These can be separate jobs or the one job based on skill set.
Key tasks include:
- Setting up restrictions
- Content filtering
- Screen time management
