App for iOS and Android

We are looking for a skilled developer to create an app for iOS and Android with a layout in mind. The main purpose of the app is utility, and we have specific functionalities that we require.

* registration, only users who got link from admin
* message posibility from admin to users
* Multiple admins
* Timed notifications, with alarmsound? Only admin can set for users.
* User pages with individual content, edit only by admin
* Easy to edit content for all pages

Structure for pages in app:

Home - simple page with text and pic

Program - 4 submenues "Torsdag" - page with simple text and pic
"Fredag" - page with simple text and pic
"Lørdag" - page with simple text and pic
"Søndag" - page with simple text and pic

Route - 4 submenues - "Torsdag" - 8 subpages, all with route/map
"Fredag" - 1 subpage, simple text and pic. (can be same page as "fredag" under Program)
"Lørdag" - 2 subpages, all with route/map
"Søndag" - 3 subpages, all with route/map

Lineup - 1 page with simple text and pic

Personal user page - Simple page with text and pic. Edit by admin, but with individual content for the users.
