I am looking for someone who can develop a mobile application for betting between players, where we can add games to the app such as 8 Ball Pool, poker games, and other games so that a player can play for money against another person with the same goal. The requirements are:
1. Developing the application
2. Finding a way to connect players so that if they play a game like 8 Ball Pool, the player can find someone in the same game who also wants to play for money through this new application
3. A secure payment method that is guaranteed for me as the app owner and at the same time guaranteed for the participating player
