App evaluation 2½ hour

I am currently in search of a skilled app developer to evaluate and give feedback to help us plan the development of my project idea. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in successfully creating, launching, and maintaining apps, with experience in both iOS and Android app development. They should be capable of assessing the necessary requirements for moving the project into the production phase.
For this project, we intend to handle the graphic interface design and audio file production in-house. Therefore, we are specifically seeking a developer who specializes in app development rather than design or audio production.
Due to the sensitive nature of the concept, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be required to ensure the confidentiality of the project. Strong English language skills and clear communication are essential. It would be advantageous if the candidate has an interest in wellness, philosophy, psychology, or related fields.
The evaluation process is expected to take approximately 2½ hours, including a presentation of the project from myself and an opportunity for the evaluator to provide feedback as we go along.
