I'm looking for a talented app developer to create a utility app for both iOS and Android. I have a general concept for the type of app I'm looking to create, but I don't yet have any designs or wireframes. I'm looking for someone who can take my rough idea and create a complete, professional product that can be launched in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
