App Store & Google Play Publishing Assistance

I'm seeking an experienced professional to assist in publishing my PWA, currently an iframe-converted native app, on both the App Store and Google Play. The app was previously rejected by Apple for reason 4.3 (spam). I need help modifying the app submission, crafting an appeal, and potentially addressing the rejection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modify the app submission to meet Apple's guidelines
- Assist in crafting a detailed appeal to Apple
- Publish the app to Google Play Store
- Handle all necessary documentation and communication with the stores
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with App Store and Google Play publishing
- Strong understanding of Apple and Google Play policies
- Excellent communication skills for crafting appeals and handling correspondence
