App Duplication for Testing & Rebranding

I'm seeking a skilled app developer who can create a test version of an existing app. My goal is to:
- Duplicate app functionality, focusing on the user login and registration features.
- Conduct a complete rebrand of the duplicated app. This includes changing the logo, branding colors, user interface design, icons and app name.
- Some features are deleting
- Firebase account change
