App Development with Augmented Reality

I'm looking for a skilled developer who can create an App for my website and work on a shopify platform.
Key requirements:
- The app is to be developed for a website.
- It should have a user-friendly interface with intuitive product search and filters.
We are a cosmetics company and our products are used on body, arms and legs just as much as on the face. We require an App that allows customers to match our colours to their skin tone. We have 35 different colours.
Ideally we want customers to be able to take or upload a photo of the area they want to apply our product to and then slide across the photo a slide of our colours so they can match to their skin tone.
There is a video attached to show what I am looking for.
