App Developing Swift

Hi, I'm looking for a developer experienced in Swift, to help me create a mobile application for an iOS device. The app does not have a design yet, so the developer must be prepared to create one based on my ideas, as well as the development. I am also open to the possibility of needing backend services for this app, so I'm looking for someone who can advise and help me with that decision.
