Anti-Gambling iOS App with Casino Detection

I'm looking for an iOS developer to create an app that helps users quit gambling by using geolocation to detect when they are in a casino. The primary goal of the app is to provide an immediate and intrusive reminder to the user, through an audio alarm, when they find themselves in a gambling environment. The alarm should not be dismissible while the user is still in the casino, ensuring its effectiveness in promoting self-regulation.

The ideal developer for this project would have:
- Proficiency in iOS app development, with a solid understanding of geolocation and map integration
- Experience implementing alarm systems within apps
